Caraline Coombs – 2012-2013 SJRA Rodeo Princess

I am honored and very excited to serve as the 2012-2013 SJRA Princess!  For those of you I haven’t met yet, I’m 11 years old and from Jacksonville, FL. I attend Trinity Christian Academy where I am a Honor Roll student, in the 5^th grade and was accepted into the National Jr. Beta Club this year.  I’m in the Westside Wranglers 4H club, and the Baker Co. Horse Association.

I believe that SJRA is a great organization that helps kids achieve and excel in the sport of Rodeo.  Being able to ride junior rodeo has given me the ability to excel in many areas with my riding and make many new wonderful friends.  I compete in 5 events: Barrels, Poles, Ribbon Roping, Chute Doggin’ and Goat Tying.  When I grow up I plan to attend college and become a Veterinarian specializing in equine science.

I can’t wait for the new season to start!  I am so excited about working with our Queen this year and we are planning some great events and activities.  Don’t forget to visit our “Chat” room and facebook page for announcements.
